All refunds will be issued according to the merchant's return policy.  If the store issues refunds to the original form of payment, you can expect your refund to be issued to your specified credit or debit card.  If your card has been closed, please contact your bank regarding the refund.

If the merchant's return policy does not allow refunds to the original form of payment, for example they only allow store credit, you are still responsible for your payments to OctiFi associated with that purchase.
