Do I have to pay any LatitudePay fees for a cancelled or refunded order? Print

100% LatitudePay Fees will be fully refunded for orders that are cancelled before customers completing their 1st instalment payments.

For any transactions that were cancelled or refunded before merchant settlement, only the prevailing credit/debit card fees will be charged.

For transactions that were refunded after merchant settlement, the fee amount will not be returned.
